Greetings:

Please note that our GRAL coaches' meeting will be held in-person this Saturday at the Atlee Recreation Center clubhouse (9411 Staple Lane, Mechanicsburg, Virginia) at 9am. We welcome all coaches (head and assistant), though at least one coach from each team must attend. The meeting should last 60-90 minutes, and please bring your own chair.

Coaches are required to pass an online test each season. Only coaches that have passed the test by midnight on May 29th are eligible for a deck pass at Champs. They can complete it as a group, and it is open book, but everyone needs to submit it. Generally, junior coaches (unpaid) do not take the test. Note that taking the test does not guarantee a deck pass for Champs as it is dependent on the number of swimmers at Champs. Here is the link to the Thinkific website where the test can be found:

Coaches who have been in the league for a minimum of five years may request to be exempt from the test.
