Sunday, July 6th - Mandatory Champs Training Meeting (virtual)
Informational meeting to review policies/procedures and answer questions. A representative from each team MUST be present during each section of meetings.
– Champs Coordinators: 6:30-7:15pm
– Computer Reps and/or Coaches responsible for Champs entries: 7:15-7:45pm
– ALL Coaches on deck at Champs: 7:45-8:15pm

Friday, July 11th by Midnight - Entries Due!!
Saturday, July 12th, 11am-3pm - Mandatory In Person Champs Registration at Mechanicsville Recreation Association
Bring everything on your registration checklist. Teams are assigned an arrival time - see here. One adult must bring the items for registration, but it doesn't matter who (in some cases a coach will need to attend if there are issues with entries). You also need to bring your TEAM BANNER!!!
Tuesday, July 15th - Submit Champs Video (optional)
Only one video per team, must be 90 seconds or less, named as follows: TEAM INITIALS 2025, in video format *.AVI only, and uploaded to the folder here. Videos that do not follow directions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This year we are not asking for separate pictures of record breakers; if you had a record breaker, please include that information in your video!
Friday, July 18th - Heat Sheet & T-Shirt Pickup at Church Run Recreation
Teams are assigned an arrival time - see here. Items MUST be picked up on Friday night!
