2026 Registration Form

Each team must submit the registration form by 11:59pm on Monday, May 25th. This is the only information required to complete registration (no roster, file, etc. needs to be sent).

Special Needs Exemption Request Form

GRAL strongly prefers that the head coach complete this form. This form should be used when requesting a change from the USA Swimming approved bathing suits (such as if a swimmer would like to wear a swim shirt). 

Relay Exemption Request Form

This exemption request only applies to number of swimmers on the roster, not on who will be in attendance at individual meets.

Swimmer/Employee Exemption Request Form

This form should be used when an employee of a swim club would like to swim on the team as well. This does not apply to swimmers who have participated with that same team in years past. GRAL generally grants one employee exemption per team. 

Electronic Meet Cover Sheet

This Meet Cover Sheet must be submitted at the conclusion of each meet.

This notification should be provided when a team will be adding a new swimmer to their roster once initial registration has passed. 

Before an additional swimmer is entered into a meet, the team must provide the additional swimmer's Name, Birth Date, and Age Group; via email to [email protected], both team's computer reps, and the opposing team coach. If the swimmer has times from previously swimming in GRAL, that swimmer's best times for any events they may be entered in the next meet must also be included. This information should be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the first meet in which the swimmer will be entered. After the swimmer swims in their first meet with proper communication listed here, no additional notice is necessary.

All registrants listed on this sheet must be “members in good standing.” They must have full use of the swimming facilities of the club and have paid all applicable dues and fees. They also must comply with all rules and regulations of the member club, association, or organization, and must currently be listed as bona fide members of said club.
