GRAL family,

Now that the 2025 season has concluded, we are looking ahead to 2026. At our annual meeting in September, we will vote in new executive board members, which is the head of the governing body of our league. We have two positions that MUST be filled:
1. Treasurer: The current treasurer will train you on the software we use, which is relatively simple. The time commitment is low. The treasurer will attend monthly meetings from January-July and September; in January create the budget for the season; keep track of income and expenses throughout the season; deposit registration/champs checks; pay bills as necessary. The treasurer is a 2-year term.
2. VP of Technology and Equipment: This role will manage the website by updating information as necessary using the same SwimTopia platform that teams use. The VP of T&E is also responsible for tracking ribbon counts for teams at the end of the season; purchasing ribbons, medals, and DQ cards; running the medal room during Champs. VP of T&E is also a 2-year term.
