Coaching Positions If your team is in need of coaches, or if you are a coach looking for a team, please let us know and we will post it here. Certification Clinics The value of certified officials can't be measured. Without them the meets cannot go on. It's easy, fun, and you are helping your team run smoother, faster meets. Thank you to everyone who took the time and made the effort to become certified. Your efforts are greatly appreciated! New & Re-Certification Exams To access the 2007 certification exams please click on the appropriate exam below.
Referees, new & certified, must take the S & TJ and Starter tests along with the Clerk test. League Weather Policy At
the first sound of thunder or sighting of
lightning, the Pool and Deck must be cleared of
people and secured. It is the responsibility of
the Meet Director and Pool Management to see that
this is done. The Meet Director shall issue
instructions for that pool's weather safety
procedure. In order to compete in the current
season, each club shall file with the Executive
Committee by the GRAL May meeting a weather
safety procedure for their club. In the event of lightning or thunder, as described above, all swimmers and observers will be directed to go to their cars and wait. Notification of delay, rescheduling or resuming of the meet will be made over the PA system as soon as possible. |
